Childcare is available from
6:30 am to 8:30
am and from 12:00 pm to 5:30 pm, as well as all day on any day that school is
not in session. The cost for this program is $5.00/hour if billed hourly at
the end of the month. Blocks of
pre-paid ExtendedCare are available at discounted rates according to the
number of hours purchased prior to the beginning of the month. There is an
additional charge of $5.00 for every 10 minutes for picking up your child
after 5:30 pm.
Families with more than one child attending The Brookwood School are eligible for the sibling discount program. Full tuition will apply to the oldest child and a 10 percent discount will apply for the younger siblings.
A ten-month payment plan, with equal
payments due from September 1st, 2008 through June 1, 2009, will be available
to families who choose not to take advantage of the prepayment discounts. A five percent handling fee is assessed
for accounts opting to pay monthly
Applications for financial assistance
are available in The Brookwood School office and are due by June 1, 2007 for
the 2008 - 2009 Academic Year.
Accounts that are delinquent prior to
July 1st, 2008 will not be allowed to enroll for 2008-2009 until
the past due payments have been received.
All accounts must be current to be
eligible for After School care. If tuition and/or childcare become delinquent
for more than two months, the school reserves the right to refuse
After School care. If tuition and/or childcare become delinquent for more
than three months, the school reserves the right to ask the family to
withdraw immediately.
