SummerCare Fees
Registration Fee
$50.00 non-refundable registration fee per child for the entire
summer (10 weeks; $45.00 if paid by May 15th) or $10.00 weekly
fee. This fee covers
the cost for snacks, on-site entertainment, and guest performers
(off-site field trips are extra).
Each child will also receive a SummerCare t-shirt, to be
worn on all field trips.
Rates, Daily & Weekly
Hourly rate:
$5.45 per hour up to 30 hours; $5.00 per hour for all hours
after total hours exceed
30 per week.
10% discount for each additional sibling*
The Brookwood
School is a licensed childcare center and accepts payments from
the Department of Social Services for qualified families.

Bus leaves
Hannaford (Oneonta) parking lot at 8:00 a.m. for Brookwood and
returns to Hannaford at 5:00 p.m.—$5.00 each way.
(Bus service contingent upon a minimum of 12
participants.)
May be
required for off-site field trips, overnight program, and
special events.
Children
entering sixth grade and up will have the opportunity to develop
leadership and interpersonal skills as Junior Counselors.
They will be involved with community work, gardening,
helping younger children, and assisting the SummerCare staff, in
addition to planning field trips and adventurous activities that
intrigue them.
