Frequently Asked Questions:
Can I enroll my toddler for a half-day? |
Yes, only if you have a child enrolled in a half-day preschool program. Available for full week (4+ days) enrollees only. |
May I bring my infant a half-day? |
No, due to scheduling and staffing needs we are unable to extend the program to Infants at this time. |
Do you offer enrollment for less than a full week? |
Yes, children benefit from being here daily but we do offer daily schedules (2-3 days) for childcare. Preschool age & up are 5 day programs. |
Do Sibling discounts apply to all programs? |
Yes, a 10% discount will apply on siblings with a lower tuition. |
I am a Bassett employee. Can I get a discount? |
Yes, you will receive a 10% discount on all childcare programs when you enroll in the payroll deduction program. |
If I get a Bassett discount can my second child also receive a Sibling discount? |
No, only one discount may apply. |
I am a Bassett employee and my child is in a school program (K & up), am I eligible for payroll deduction even though I am not eligible for the discount? |
Yes, this payment option is available. |
My child’s program starts at 8:30. May I drop off my child earlier? |
Yes, however, if you attend outside of your schedule you will be charged at the hourly rate of $7.50 until 8:20am. |
I know you close at 5:30, but if I am late what will I be charged? |
For any part of every 10 minute-block of time you will be charged a late fee of $10.00. |
