Admissions Process
There are basics steps in the process of admissions regardless of a child's age. For infants, toddlers and preschoolers, childcare subsidies from the Department of Social Services are accepted.
Steps to enroll at Brookwood:
- We ask that families contact the school for a visit/tour with our Director of Admissions.
- An application must be filled out and returned with a $60.00 non-refundable fee. If space is not available immediately, you place your child's/children's name(s) on our waiting list.
- As space becomes available, you will be contacted and you will be given enrollment forms to be completed prior to your child's first day. You will also be given a medical history/physical form to be completed by your child's physician prior to attendance. Medical forms and enrollment forms must be updated annually.
- For children entering Kindergarten and up, a student visit is mandatory.
